  9. WHOLE SCRIPT ITEMS: select this item to have Back Up If Changed apply to whole script items, so if any file in a script folder or volume changes then the entire folder or volume is backed up.

  11. INDIVIDUAL FILES: select this item to have Back Up If Changed apply to each individual file inside a script folder or volume that is set for If Changed, so only files that have changed in the folder or volume are backed up.

  13. The items below this are used to select how Back Up If Changed applies to individual files inside folders and volumes listed in a file by file backup script.

  15. PROMPT FOR FILES IN USE: select this option to have SoftBackup stop and ask you what to do if a data file to be backed up is in use by some other program during a backup. If you don't select this option, open data files are automatically skipped.

  17. SHUT DOWN AFTER DELAYED BACKUP: select this option to cause the computer to shut itself off after a delayed backup.

  19. Select either YES or NO to the right, to determine whether or not you wish to require File by File Restore to restore each file continguously on the disk.

  21. NO: select this to not require files be restored continguously. This is the normal and recommended setting.

  23. YES: select this always restore files continguously on the disk and to refuse to restore if there is not enough continguous disk space for the restored file. Some applications require this.
